HOW TO SIGN UP TO PLAY

 
  1. First navigate to the “BOOKING” page via the menu. Once there select the game you want to play and INDICATE the amount of players, ie “quantity.” If we are sending you this link, it may mean that you did not sign up for the proper amount of slots.

2. Select the date and time. (NOTE: If there are fewer than 8 spots left, then there is already one team in that slot. Choose another. Since COVID all of our games are private. We try to erase all remaining slots after one team is booked, but sometimes people beat us to it. Just remember, if there are fewer than 8 slots available, there is already a team planning to play that room at that time.)

3. Check to be sure you signed up for the right amount of players. If not, start over to avoid having to fill out your name and release form twice.

4. Please continue to fill out our release form here. We have also added a way to double check that people followed the above process by asking how many players they intended to sign up. This number is typed in and does not affect the amount you signed up/paid for. It just alerts us if the numbers do not match.

5. If all else fails and you have missed the window to sign into your correct slot, we have created a sign up for adding players. It lives on our booking page on the last day of each month at 11:59pm. Just select at that time and then follow the instructions. Here is a link. Below is what you will see when you click on the link.

6. Only add the remaining slots. Please remember that this link is located on the last day of the month at 11:59pm. Please be sure to follow through with the questions so that we can link you to the correct game slot.
